… a place of emergency refuge (MDS), in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 9 July 2025 on the conditions for organizing and requirements to be met by places of emergency refuge. Performing copyright supervision. Stage II – DEVELOPMENT OF THE DESIGN AND STORAGE DOCUMENTATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION AND/OR CONSTRUCTION OF TWO EXISTING BUILDINGS LOCATED AT UL. MARKET 12 AND UL. SIENKIEIWCZA 25 TO THE FUNCTION OF THE BRAND CULTURE CENTER The subject of the contract is the execution of comprehensive design documentation for the reconstruction and / or extension of two existing buildings located at ul. Market 12 and ul. Sienkiewicza 25 to the function of the Brańsk Cultural Center. Performing copyright supervision. 3. The contract is co-financed by the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025/2026. 4. The Contracting Authority shall require the submission of a tender after the Contractor has completed an on-site visit. The details of the on-site visit are set out in Chapter XXVII of the ToR.
