… information to be placed on the plaque will be provided at the stage of the works). 3) renovation of the internal municipal road located on plots 404/1, 454/3 and 455/5 in the rev. 3 cities in Prochowice: a) construction of a substructure, b) construction of a pavement made of asphalt concrete length 298 m. 4) renovation of the technological road of the flood embankment in Prochowice, plots 455/5, 455/3, 456/1, 457/8, 460/3, 460/5 in the rev. 3 cities in Prochowice: a) construction of broken aggregate pavement length 234mb, b) replacement of existing concrete slabs with new ones. 5) renovation of the section of the internal road in Prochowice, plot 70 in the rev. 2 cities in Prochowice: a) construction of pavement made of broken aggregate length 115mb. 6) construction of elements of small architecture in a public place in a park near the castle in Prochowice, plot 70 in the rev. 2 cities in Prochowice: a) installation of 3 benches, a waste bin, a bicycle stand, a board with information illustrating the cultural values of Prochowice (the content of the information to be placed on the board will be given at the stage of implementation of the works) ; b) making a pavement of broken aggregate with aluminum edges. 7) change of the permanent organization of road traffic at the intersection of ul. Sienkiewicza and Kościuszko in Prochowice as regards the appointment of a ride for cyclists: a) installation of new vertical markings, b) execution of thick-layered horizontal markings. All construction works described in the technical documentation constituting the Annex. No 6 to the ToR The Contractor is obliged to perform in accordance with this documentation and the rules of technical knowledge, construction art, applicable burrows and legal provisions, under the conditions set out in the concluded contract, the design of which constitutes the Annex. No. 1 to the SWZ.
