… prepayment system for the settlement of water and electricity consumption. The use of media requires prior top-up via the bank account indicated by the Ordering Party. After the payment has been made, the Contractor will be provided with appropriate cards enabling the charging of prepayment devices located in the premises. The contractor will be obliged to monitor the state of available funds on an ongoing basis and to make subsequent recharges as necessary to ensure the continuity of water and electricity supplies for the works carried out. Each apartment has a separate system before proceeding with the renovation of each apartment, you should report to the Administrator of the building in order to log the cards. It is possible to provide a room for storing construction equipment and materials free of charge. 3. The contracting authority requires that specialist work be carried out by persons with appropriate qualifications and professional qualifications. 4. Documents describing the subject-matter of the contract must be regarded as mutually explanatory and complementary in the sense that if any ambiguity or ambiguity in performance is found, the Contractor will not be able to limit the scope of his obligation or the scope of his due diligence. Products released for free circulation and use in construction should be used for the performance of the contract (Article 10 of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994). Products meeting the requirements set out in Article 5 of the Construction Products Act of 16 April 2004 shall be considered as such.
