The surface layers, i.e. the bonding layer made of AC 16W asphalt concrete and the abrasive layer made of AC 11S asphalt concrete, are planned to be made. The contractor is obliged to check the parameters given in the description of the subject of the contract and include in the tender the scope resulting from the design documentation and the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works. The contractor is obliged to properly manage the waste generated as a result of the implementation of the subject of the contract and to comply with the rules of environmental protection (including preventing the generation of waste, reducing its quantity and negative impact on the environment, ensuring its recovery and proper disposal).
