… The building in question is a 1-storey building, without basement, with an unusable attic made in traditional technology, masonry made of aerated concrete blocks. 3. The subject-matter of the contract is described in detail in the project documentation and the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, which are annexes - No 12 to the tender specification (Detailed tender specification) and in the draft provisions of the contract - Annex No 11 to the tender specification .
