… of thermal insulation of external walls; • Replacement of window and door joinery and interior and exterior window sills; • Thermal insulation of ceilings; • Thermal insulation and replacement of roofing material; • Replacement of gutters and drain pipes; • Retrofitting of internal central heating, domestic heating and ventilation systems; • Installation of ground heat pump; • Installation of photovoltaic panels; • Renovation of existing chimneys; • Execution of visors above the entrances; • Renovation of internal stairs and entrance platforms; • Demolition of the smoke chimney with documentation and arrangements in this regard; • LPG storage system with a capacity of 4,85m3 with internal and external gas installation; • Internal electrical installations, surge protection, electric shock protection. The exact scope of both investments can be found in the documentation prepared by the project unit: SAN-KLIM Sp. z o.o. ul. Henryk Siemiradzki 16, 33-300 Nowy Sącz (which constitute Annex No. 12 to the Specifications). Solutions in the sanitary and electrical industry should be considered according to the documentation from 2026 due to the update of solutions. In addition, the scope of both investments includes: - decommissioning – dismantling of part of an existing installation (including air-conditioning), - finishing, repair and restoration works as part of thermal modernisation. - commissioning of the installation, training of employees in the field of operation, completion of all formalities necessary for the proper functioning of the installation. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONTRACT AND THE HARMONOGRAMMING OF WORK: 1. Implementation of works in the facility in use (active school). The Contractor acknowledges that all construction and assembly works will be carried out in an active school facility where didactic and educational activities take place. The implementation of the investment must not interfere with the work of the school, and the Contractor is obliged to take this fact into account when drawing up a detailed material and financial schedule. 2. Replacement of external joinery. Works related to the disassembly and installation of window and door joinery should be planned and absolutely carried out during periods free of lessons or days and hours agreed with the school management. 3. Modernisation of the heating system. All work related to the heating installation, including the replacement of radiators, risers or modernisation of the heat hub, must be carried out outside the heating season. These works must not in any way disturb the thermal comfort of students and employees or lead to underheating of the building during the school year. 4. Logistical requirements and safety of students and staff (OSH). * The Contractor is obliged to coordinate activities with the management of the facility, ensure safe communication routes for users and appropriate security and fencing of the work area. * The work area and transport routes for materials must be completely fenced and protected against access by children and bystanders. * Particularly cumbersome work (noisy, dust-generating or
