… Contractor of the final scope of the contract before the conclusion of the contract. The scope will be implemented from the side of m. Nett 5. The Contractor’s remuneration for the limited performance of the contract will be determined on the basis of the unit prices of the quotation quote presented in the tender, in accordance with the scope actually covered by the contract. The contractor is not entitled to any claims in this respect, in particular for payment of remuneration for works not covered by the contract or compensation. The scope of the planned works includes: • execution of preparatory works, • grubbing-up/cutting-out of bushes, • reconstruction or repair of existing culverts • cleaning and sprinkling with asphalt emulsion of the existing above-mentioned bituminous roadway, • execution of a strengthening and compensatory layer of mineral-bituminous mixtures on average • execution of an abrasive layer of asphalt concrete • formation of double-sided sides from a mixture of broken aggregates, mechanically • digging open roadside ditches (deepening and profiling), • execution of accompanying and finishing works The characteristics and scope and number of works to be performed are described in detail in the schedule of works, technical documentation and detailed technical specifications attached to the tender specifications.
