The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works in the field of thermomodernization and improvement of energy efficiency of the building of the Police Commissariat in Trzemezno at ul. 22 January 4A. The subject of the contract shall be: 1) insulation and insulation of foundation walls (range Z3 construction); 2) insulation of the facade of the building along with plastering expedition and necessary sheet metal processing of the building (range Z1 construction); 3) replacement of external and window door joinery (range Z1 construction); 4) execution of roofing works (range Z1 construction); 5) replacement of lightning protection system (Z1 electric range). A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the implementing documentation constituting Annex 7 to the tender specification. However, the conditions for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract were set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 6 to the ToR.
