The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the Functional and Utility Programme, constituting Annex 1 to the ToR. 4. Scope of design The Contractor will be obliged in particular to: 1) carry out the necessary preparatory and inventory work; 2) verification of the output data provided by the Ordering Party; 3) preparation of the required design documentation; 4) obtaining legally required arrangements, opinions, decisions, notifications and permits, if required; 5) preparation of executive documentation; 6) preparation of as-built documentation; 7) execution of documentation related to start-up and reception; 8) obtain all documents required for the proper use of the completed objects and installations. 5. The Contractor will be obliged to comprehensively perform the works covered by the PFU, including delivery, assembly, connection, configuration, commissioning and checking of devices and installations. The works should be carried out taking into account the fact that the plant in question is an active technological facility. The contractor is obliged to ensure the continuity of the existing infrastructure to the extent required by the PFU and the applicable regulations. Details in the case file
