Protection of the Multimedia Fountain Park on the square of the 1st Armoured Division of the Polish Army in Warsaw in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028.

… Saturday and Sunday. 1.4 The Contractor shall provide additional security for the facility by one employee between 14:00 and 21:30 (7.5h) between 3rd September and 26th September 2027 every Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 4th September and 27th September 2028 every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 1.5 The Contractor will provide 1,2 and 3 May and from 7 May to 25 September 2027 with the exception of 18 and 19 June 2027 every Friday and Saturday - 18 persons for 2 hours (including 1 hour before the show, 1⁄2 hours during the show, 1⁄2 hours after the show) and the Contractor will provide 1,2,3 May 2028 and from 1 May to 30 September 2028 with the exception of 23 and 24 June 2028 every Friday and Saturday - 18 persons for 2 hours (including 1 hour before the show, 1⁄2 hours during the show, 1⁄2 hours after the show). The total number of expected security hours is 21,778.5 hours. 2. Requirements of the Contracting Authority for the provision of protection services for the Multimedia Fountain Park in the I Armoured Division Square in Warsaw 2.1. Enforcement of persons using the Square of the 1st Armoured Division in Warsaw to comply with the provisions of the regulations introduced by Resolution No. XXI/406/2011 of the City Council of Warsaw of 25 August 2011 on the introduction of the regulations for the use of the Square of the 1st Armoured Division in Warsaw and directly adjacent properties. 2.2. Enforcement of persons using the Square of the 1st Armoured Division in Warsaw to comply with the provisions of the regulations of demonstrations in the Multimedia Fountain Park introduced annually for the Ordering Party. 2.3. Protection of equipment and installations that are equipped with the facility. 2.4. Systematic, constant patrolling of the facility and checking the security status of protected property (especially night shift). 2.5. Intervening in the event of disorder and threats to protected property, and whenever an attempt to commit any offence that may endanger the security of protected property is found. 2.6. Cooperating with the Police and the City Guard performing tasks in this area in order to more effectively secure protected property and calling the Police or municipal services in situations exceeding their own possibilities of effective intervention. 2.7. Calling for additional meals - an intervention patrol in case of inability to perform the contract by the facility security staff. 2.8. Ensuring the protection of the Ordering Party's employees when performing official activities on the premises. 2.9. Checking the facility by individual changes of security staff in terms of protecting the facility against burglary into its technical rooms. 2.10. Prevention of damage to the protected facility and equipment in cases of natural disaster hazards (e.g. storms, storms and other atmospheric phenomena during the day and at night) and prevention of fire hazards. 2.11. Performing orders of the Ordering Party related to maintaining order and security. 2.12. Telephone or personal notification to relevant services of
