… supply of registration plates in accordance with the models set out in Annex No 12 to the above-mentioned Regulation in the types and quantities of the above-mentioned Regulation in the types and quantities in accordance with the Annex to the TPD-DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCUREMENT. The Ordering Party stipulates that the quantities of tables given in the Price Form are only estimates of demand and their actual use may be slightly less than the one given up to 30%. The indicative number of plates specified above may change depending on the number of vehicles registered. The minimum contract value in case of order limitation will be 70% of the total contract value specified in the Offer Print: the gross offer price. The subject-matter of the contract is described in the annexes to the ToR: a detailed description of the subject of the contract and the draft provisions of the contract.
