All ICT tools, solutions, systems, products and services (information and communication technologies) provided under this contract must comply with the principle of openness and interoperability, enabling seamless cooperation with the Ordering Party's existing ICT infrastructure. … All ICT products and services offered and provided shall comply with up-to-date information security standards and be free from known vulnerabilities (in particular critical and high status). The Contractor guarantees that the solutions provided have active and official technical support from their manufacturers, including access to security updates (patches, firmware, software updates) throughout the duration of the contract and warranty. The ICT tools and solutions procured shall comply with accessibility criteria for persons with disabilities and the principle of universal design. Digital solutions, including software, user interfaces and any electronic documents they generate, shall comply with the digital accessibility requirements set out in the Act on the Digital Accessibility of Public Entities’ Websites and Mobile Applications and the European Standard.
