A detailed description of the subject of the contract, together with the quantity and quality requirements, is attached as Annex 1 to this tender specification. 3. The subject of the contract includes the sale and delivery of office, school and kindergarten furniture by own transport to the headquarters of each of the Units for which the order is performed. 4. Furniture must be brand new, complete, of adequate quality and functionality, free from defects, made of materials authorized for marketing in the Republic of Poland, common use and use. Furniture should be marked by the manufacturer in such a way that both the product and the manufacturer can be identified. The Contractor shall be required to have the appropriate attestations, certificates, certificates (if any) and present them at any request of the Contracting Authorities - Organising Units of Stalowa Wola Commune at the stage of contract implementation - delivery/receipt. References to standards and certificates in the description of the subject-matter of the contract should be read with the formula ‘or equivalent’. 5. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject matter of the contract with due diligence, in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and in a manner that ensures their high quality. The Contractor undertakes to assign to the performance of the subject-matter of the contract qualified staff with appropriate knowledge to enable the performance of the subject-matter of the contract to be carried out in an efficient and timely manner. 6. The Contractor shall carry out deliveries to the premises of individual Ordering Parties/Units by his own transport, at his own expense. The implementation of the subject of the contract also includes unloading and bringing to places agreed with representatives of individual Ordering Parties - organizational units of the Stalowa Wola Commune. 7. The Contractor will carry out assembly for selected organisational units, i.e.: - Jan Kochanowski Public Primary School No 9 in Stalowa Wola - Public Gray Ranks Primary School No 11 in Stalowa Wola - C.K. Norwid Local High School in Stalowa Wola. 8. Delivery and assembly of furniture will be carried out by the Contractor after each agreement on this issue with the Ordering Party. 9.
