… of Mazowieckie Province as part of a subsidy for local government units for the implementation of tasks commissioned under the OLiOC Programme. Agreement 122.3.4.2026.OLiOC for the financing from the state budget of tasks commissioned from Area II and implemented from the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme was concluded for the implementation of the task. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in Annex 5 to the ToR, which contains: Functional-Use Program and Description of the subject of the contract. 4. The Contractor is obliged to perform the order on the terms and conditions described in the Draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 4 to the ToR. The Ordering Party requires the submission of a tender after potential Contractors have completed a mandatory on-site inspection at the place of performance of the subject of the contract. The deadline for carrying out the on-site inspection is 20.10.2026 at 09:00 at the ZOZ SPZ in Płońsk, ul. Henryka Sienkiewicza 7, 09-100 Płońsk. The on-site visit will be confirmed by the signature of the person representing the Contractor on the attendance list. If the tender is submitted by the contractor without an on-site visit, it will be rejected on the basis of Article 226(1)(18) of the Public Procurement Act.; The Ordering Party reserves the right to set an additional time limit for the on-site visit if it deems it necessary in the course of the procedure to ensure the reliability of the preparation of tenders, in particular in the event of a change in the content of the tender specifications or the PFU. The use of this right is the sole responsibility of the Ordering Party.
