… of a sports facility. The resulting pitch with synthetic surface and overall dimensions of 44.0x24.0 m, on which a football, volleyball and basketball court was designed. The facility will be complemented by hardening (pedestrian lines). The multifunctional pitch will have dimensions of 44.0m in length and 24.0m in width, the height of the handball - 4.00m, the area of 1056.00m, the 2nd reconstruction and change of use of some of the rooms in the School and Pre-School Complex in Morawsko into classrooms, will be carried out on the premises no. 237/12, 237/13 in the town of Morawsko. The planned investment includes: separation of two rooms in the place of the locker room near the gymnasium with adaptation to the new function, replacement of windows and doors, making two doors from the designed classrooms into a corridor, replacing the floor in the rooms, changing the way of using part of the rooms for classrooms. In addition, the walls in the corridor and in the gymnasium will be renovated, the cost of these works will be ineligible costs and will be covered from the own funds of the Jarosław Commune. 12.2. The detailed scope of the contract is set out in Annex 7 to the ToR. The other conditions relating to the performance of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the contract - Annex 5 to the ToR. 12.3. The requirements (obligations, tasks, obligations) imposed on the Contractor are described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 5 to the ToR and in the supplementary scope (i.e. not regulated in this ToR and Annex 7 to the ToR).
