The bills of quantities submitted to the tender specifications are only information material and do not constitute a summary of the planned works and the anticipated costs associated with the performance of the subject-matter of the contract. Works not included in bills of quantities and appearing in or resulting from the description of the subject-matter of the contract are not additional works. In the event of a discrepancy between the bill of quantities and the description of the subject-matter of the contract, the above is decisive for determining the scope of the works. OPZ. The contractor may not demand payment of additional remuneration if, at the stage of implementing the investment, it turns out that it did not take into account the elements described in the above-mentioned document. 4. The subject of the Contract executed by the Contractor and delivered to the Ordering Party shall be fully in accordance with the Contract and shall meet the needs for which it is intended. 5. The trademarks, patents or origins used in the design documentation are exemplary and are intended only to indicate the quality standard and technical parameters for achieving the expected functionality of the entire system, not worse than those referred to in the documentation.
