… the village of Książenice PGR at ul. Jarzębinowa and ul. Concert in the commune of Grodzisk Mazowiecki Stage I). Area of study: plot No 52, area 0020 Książenice PGR. The area of the plot is 1.6276 ha. The plot in question is not built on. The immediate vicinity consists of built-up plots (on two sides), plots under construction (on one side) and Jarzębinowa Street (on one side), which is a direct access to the plot in question. The plot is fenced. Entry to the plot from the side of ul. Jarzębinowa. The plot has access to the network: water supply, sewage, gas, electricity and telecommunications. Currently, the area is covered with grass, shrubs and trees (mainly around the water reservoir).
