Specific conditions for implementation 3.1. Waste collection includes: 1) monthly collection from property owners of mixed waste (bags or containers) and segregated waste (bags) issued by properties next to municipal, district and provincial roads 2) monthly collection from property owners of bio-waste, except that green waste from 1 May to 31 November; 3) monthly (from 1 September to 30 April) collection from property owners of waste cold ash, slag; 4) once a year, collection of bulky waste, used tyres, waste electrical and electronic equipment, carried out with a predetermined deadline; 5) regular emptying of containers for used batteries and expired medicines as they are filled; 6) In accordance with Article 3 paragraph 3 point. 6 of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities of 13 September 1996, running a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK), enabling easy and free-of-charge transfer of waste from the territory of the municipality by residents of Kuryłówka, at least one day a week during working hours. 7) Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point includes waste collection: paper and paperboard; plastics; metals; glass; multi-material packaging waste; bio-waste; cold ash, slag; waste electrical and electronic equipment; furniture and other bulky waste; waste batteries and accumulators; worn tyres; waste textiles and clothing; hazardous waste; expired medicines; waste ineligible for household medical waste arising from the intake of medicinal products in the form of injections and the monitoring of the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes; expired chemicals; construction and demolition waste. 3.2. Collection from owners of immobility
