… there are names in the description that may suggest a specific manufacturer, brand or model, they should be treated as examples or auxiliary terms, serving only to illustrate the required level of parameters and functionality. The contracting authority accepts the use of equivalent solutions that meet the requirements set out in these specifications, whereby solutions providing at least the technical, functional and performance parameters required by the contracting authority are considered equivalent.
