… that the power supply for the designed lighting installation of pedestrian crossings will take place from the existing street lighting installation. The supply lines for street lighting at the passageway under the carriageways must be made using the trenchless method. 3. A detailed description of the contract and the requirements with regard to the manner of execution and acceptance of the works are set out in the Functional and Utility Programme – Annex 1 to the ToR.
