… the contract includes the preparation of side studies and carrying out the necessary administrative procedures and obtaining the decisions, provisions, technical conditions, arrangements and others required for the performance of the subject matter of the contract, such as, in particular: drawing up a map for project purposes, obtaining a decision on the location of the public-purpose investment and obtaining all other arrangements, provisions and administrative decisions necessary for the implementation of the subject-matter of the contract. Performing copyright supervision is not part of the subject matter of the contract. The Ordering Party may outsource copyright supervision to a designer of its choice as part of a separate procedure. Obtaining a building permit does not fall within the scope of the contract. The submission of an application for a building permit falls within the scope of the subject matter of the contract. Possible studies on technical, construction, fire and other expertise, necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract, are on the side of the Contractor.
