… no later than the date of signature of the contract, up-to-date insurance against civil liability in respect of the activities relating to the subject-matter of the contract, for a sum of: min. 300 000,00 zł. The Contractor undertakes to maintain third party liability insurance throughout the period of performance of the subject of the Contract. Due to the staged implementation of the task in question, the Contractor will be obliged to obtain a decision on the occupancy permit after the completion of stage I.
