… task No. 1 - Execution of construction works related to the renovation and development of a concrete quay and the adjacent area on a section of 73.2 m along the Vistula River, including in particular: a) reprofiling the concrete surfaces of the pavement; b) demolition and reconstruction of the horizontal slab of the first level of terrace steps; c) reprofiling the concrete surfaces of the remaining levels of terrace steps; d) performing renovation/reprofiling works of concrete surfaces of slope slabs; e) installation of adjustable concrete pots on sections of terrace steps; f) planting plants in pots; g) installation of wooden seats on sections of terrace steps. NOTE - applies to task (parts) Nos 1 and 2: 1) Warranty and warranty period for the executed subject of the contract (excluding the greenery industry) - according to the offer submitted by the Contractor, but not less than 60 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol, the maximum warranty period is 120 months. 2) The warranty and warranty period for the greenery made, including plantings and plant material used, is 12 months, counting from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol. 3) Warranty period for embedded materials, components and mounted devices - for the period specified in the manufacturer's warranty cards, but not less than 24 months. 4) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including technologies and scope of works, has been specified in the design documentation and in the Detailed Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works constituting Annex 4 to the ToR. 5) The Contractor's specific obligations in the scope of performance of this contract are specified in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 3 to the ToR. 2. The subject of the contract includes construction works related to the modernization of individual elements of the quay - boulevards along the banks of the Vistula River and the Zgłowiączka River, on the area of cadastral plot No 2/29, area 0230 Włocławek KM 23, carried out as part of: 1) task (part) No. 1 entitled ‘Development of the Włocławek boulevards quay as part of revitalisation activities – stage I’, 2) task (part) No 2 entitled ‘Development of the Włocławek boulevards quay as part of revitalisation activities – stage II’, carried out under the task entitled Development of the Włocławek boulevards quay as part of regeneration activities, under the task: ‘Modernisation of the lower part of the Boulevards, stage 1 and stage 2’, divided into 2 tasks, hereinafter referred to in the contract as ‘the contract’.
