… relevant conservator of monuments, if any. Due to the fact that the works will be carried out in an active facility, all works should be carried out in a way that does not pose a threat to people staying in the facility. The way the work is carried out must not affect the functioning of the facility. During the works, the Contractor will be obliged to maintain aesthetics and cleanliness. Materials resulting from the dismantling of existing equipment and debris shall be disposed of by the Contractor as part of the remuneration resulting from the tender submitted. The cost of loading, unloading and transporting equipment and debris to the place of their disposal is included in the remuneration resulting from the submitted offer.
