… e) the date of payment of leasing installments will be specified in the lease agreement. The contracting authority assumes the conclusion of a leasing agreement on the model applicable to the lessor, with the proviso that the provisions contained in the tender specifications will be included in the leasing agreement. Before signing the contract, the Contractor shall submit a model leasing contract together with the general terms and conditions of the lease to the Contracting Authority for acceptance. In the event of discrepancies between the provisions of the ToR and the Leasing Party's model agreement, the ToR shall apply. An integral part of the contract will be the tender of the Contractor, f) the initial fee - 3% of the net value of the leased asset - is treated as the first instalment (paid after signing the lease agreement), g) 59 equal instalments, payable according to the schedule, h) the amount of the redemption amount payable after the term of the lease agreement (after paying the last fixed instalment of the lease) - 1% of the net value of the leased asset, i) the leased asset is subject to insurance by the contracting authority and at its expense throughout the term of the contract, in an insurance company chosen by the contracting authority. The insurance covers property insurance of construction machinery along with civil liability insurance, NNW or insurance on Autocasco terms along with providing insurance cover during the operation of the machine on the square against all risks (damage, destruction or loss of property) along with civil liability insurance, NNW. In the absence of insurance of the subject of the lease by the contracting authority – such insurance may be concluded by the Contractor by charging the contracting authority with the cost of the insurance premium, j) the contracting authority will not incur additional fees related to the conclusion and validity of the lease agreement (in particular insurance policy administration fees, contract administration fees, printout fees, etc.), not included in the submitted tender.
