… architectural and construction project constituting the basis for obtaining by the Contractor, acting on behalf of the Contracting Authority, a final decision on changing the building permit. • Stage III - Obtaining, on behalf of the Ordering Party, the final decision on the change of the building permit. • Stage IV - Execution of the executive design constituting the basis for the preparation of the bill of quantities and the investor's cost estimate, as well as the execution of construction and finishing works. • Stage V - Development of a complete multi-industry investor's cost estimate, allowing to determine the costs of implementing the entire investment consisting in adapting the rooms to the office function.
