… 2.3. The Contracting Authority informs that during the period of performance of the contract covered by this procedure, works related to the performance of the contract entitled ‘Pomology of biodiversity – protection and promotion of biodiversity in the Opolskie district’, awarded as part of a separate procedure conducted in parallel by the contracting authority. The contractor must take this into account when performing the subject matter of the contract and when organising and carrying out the work. The Contractor shall award the following contracts for the subject-matter of the contract: 36 months warranty and warranty for defects. 3.2. Warranty period (warranty) indicated in point. 3.8.1. SWZ is the minimum period. The Contractor may include in the tender a longer warranty period and warranty for defects in the subject of the contract, but not longer than 60 months of warranty. Point. 19.2.2. The CDS shall apply. 3.3. The warranty and warranty period for defects is described in detail in the draft provisions of the contract, which are attached as Annex 3 to the ToR. 4. Date of performance of the subject of the contract from the date of conclusion of the contract: not later than 18.06.2027.
