… control measurements during the implementation of works, including fading works and after the completion of works and presenting the results of tests for approval by the Ordering Party or an appointed supervision inspector e) preparation and delivery to the Ordering Party of complete as-built documentation, f) preparation of a geodetic as-built inventory, g) making all notifications and arrangements by the Contractor on behalf of the Ordering Party and obtaining by the Contractor on behalf of the Ordering Party and providing the Ordering Party with all final and unconditional decisions and permits necessary to allow the Investment to be used, in accordance with applicable regulations, including the decision on the use permit (if required), h) handing over the Investment to the Ordering Party for use. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is determined by: 1) Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU) - Annex 6 to the ToR; 2) Decisions, bills of quantities, traffic organisation, Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works (STWiOR) - Annex 7 to the ToR; 3) Technical Project (Wieniawski) - Annex 8 to the ToR; 4) Technical Project (Wirski) - Annex 9 to the ToR; 5) Land Development Project, Architectural and Construction Project (Wieniawski) - Annex 10 to the Terms of Reference; 6) Land Development Project, Architectural and Construction Project (Wirski) - Annex 11 to the Terms of Reference. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject matter of the contract within 10 months of the date of signature of the contract and no later than 14 August 2027.
