The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive care, education, development and integration services for children and young people aged 10-16 from the Lidzbark Commune. 5. The Contractor will be obliged to organize and conduct support and development classes in a dimension adapted to the needs of the group (groups of at least 5 people), including the following thematic modules: 1) Classes from live streaming and new media: basics of video production, audio-video content creation, ethics in the network, operation of recording equipment and software, 2) Chess classes: learning the game from scratch, improving tactics and strategy, developing logical thinking, 3) Sports and recreation activities: various forms of physical activity aimed at cooperation and improvement of fitness. 4) Music and dance classes: learning rhythmics, singing, basics of playing instruments and various dance styles. 5) General development and after-school activities: a) help with homework and catching up, b) organization of free time using board and logic games, c) inclusive care and education activities. 6) Psychological workshops: activities supporting emotional development, learning to cope with stress, building self-esteem, peer integration and conflict resolution. 6. Classes will take place in rooms at the disposal of the Ordering Party, i.e. rural and urban after-school centres. The frequency of classes is set at a minimum of 36 hours per month. 7. The contractor will provide the necessary materials, equipment and tools needed to carry out the individual activities. 8. The performer will run a separate fanpage - Facebook and Instagram dedicated to the social bonus. 9. Quarterly Events (Summary Events) In each of the 8 quarters, the Contractor will organize at least one final event summarizing the training stage. 1) Nature of events: Publicly accessible to the local community (families, residents, peers). Two events must be at least supra-local and the number of participants must be at least 200. 2) Purpose of events: Presentation of skills and achievements of participants gained during classes as part of the social bonus. 3) Forms of events (to be selected/scheduled for a given quarter): a) dance tournament b) board games tournament c) chess tournament d) festival for children and young people e) recording of an audio-video disc/material and its official premiere f) sports tournament g) concert or musical performance 4) The performer is responsible for the comprehensive organization of the event (sound system, lighting, conducting, refreshments for participants, diplomas / material awards, graphic design and promotion). 10. The price of the tender quoted by the Contractor must take into account all the associated costs necessary for the proper performance of the contract during the period
