Construction of a gymnasium at Public Primary School No 2 in Głuchołazy – design and build in the system

The purpose of this public contract is the construction of a gymnasium with sanitary and cloakroom facilities, elements of land development, as well as comprehensive equipment of the facility in accordance with the presented concept and the guidelines of the Ordering Party set out in the annexed Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as "PFU"). The main function of the designed building is to implement sports and recreation activities for students and to improve the existing educational base. The basic function is complemented by the shape of the object so that it can be used as a place of recreation and active rest. The gym should be functionally connected to the existing school building, and during free time or during classes should be able to fully separate and function as an independent facility. The building of the gymnasium must be adapted for the needs of people with disabilities. NOTE Construction works will take place in the area used by children attending school. The contractor should secure the deadline for completing the task in such a way that it does not interfere with the functioning of the institution in terms of conducting lessons as well as extracurricular activities. The location of the facility results from the Local Spatial Development Plan - Resolution No XXXIV/355/13 of 25.09.2013 on the adoption of the local spatial development plan of the City of Głuchołazy.
