A detailed description of the subject of the lease and the conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the documents of the procedure, in particular in: 1) Attachment No. 1 - Price and Technical Form. Description of the subject of the Order. Form of Offered Parameters 2) Attachment No. 7 - Significant provisions that will be introduced into the contract (hereinafter also IPU) 4. The contractor will register the car and cover all registration costs. 5. The contracting authority absolutely requires that all costs, fees, etc. related to the performance of the contract, also not listed by the contracting authority in the procurement documents, be included in the lease payments offered. 6. The ordering party requires that the distance to the nearest authorised service station does not exceed 20 km.
