On the eastern elevation of the sgraffito from the second half of the 20th century. The belt of the first floor of the lower block of skirted. The cornice crowning this part is decorated with stucco and brackets ‘supporting’ the upper strip of the cornice. Building in medium technical condition, non-historical colors, facade in need of renovation. The building is included in the Municipal Register of Monuments, adopted by Order No 65/2016 of the Mayor of Rybnik of 2 February 2016, No 652, and is located in the Cultural Park in accordance with Resolution No 1291/LXXV/2024 of the Rybnik City Council of 22 February 2024 on the creation of a cultural park called the Cultural Park ‘Centrum Starego Rybnik’, as amended by Resolution No 49/IV/2024 of the Rybnik City Council of 13 June 2024 amending Resolution No 1291/LXXV/2024 of the Rybnik City Council of 22 February 2024 on the creation of a cultural park called the Cultural Park ‘Centrum Starego Rybnik’.
