It is required to adjust the high-altitude solutions of the designed road and adapt these solutions to the existing area, taking into account the solutions of high-altitude exits and junctions with side roads. b) The Contractor is obliged to obtain all the necessary opinions, arrangements and design checks to the extent resulting from the applicable regulations. c) The essential maps necessary to perform the documentation will be provided by the Ordering Party. d) The documentation will be a description of the subject of the contract in order to award a public contract for the implementation of construction works.
