Transportation of children and youth with disabilities to educational facilities in Milicz in the school year 2026/2027

… from places agreed with the Ordering Party. The number of children indicated may change slightly. 3. The start and end times of classes will be finally determined between the Contractor and the Ordering Party. During the transport of disabled people from their homes to educational institutions and on the way back, full responsibility for children and proper performance of the service is borne by the Contractor. Children will be picked up from home at a predetermined time and after being delivered to classes will be handed over to the care of a teacher or other person authorized to pick up. 4. The Contractor undertakes to employ an authorised guardian responsible for children during the performance of the service. The contractor is not allowed to start the course without a tutor. The role of carer shall not be exercised by the driver. The guardian can only be an adult with full legal capacity. Before performing his duties, the carer must be trained by the Contractor in the provisions of road traffic law. 5. It is forbidden to combine the transport of disabled children with regular line transport and employee transport. 6. The route of the vehicle in one day is a maximum of 98 km., in accordance with Annex 9 to the ToR. The subject of the contract does not include the number of km travelled from the Contractor's vehicle stopping place to the beginning of the route (to the place from which the delivery will begin) and from the place where the delivery will end to the Contractor's vehicle stopping place. 7. The Contractor is obliged to provide the transported persons with appropriate safety and hygiene conditions and the necessary comforts in accordance with the provisions and principles laid down in the transport law, with particular emphasis on the rules of transporting disabled persons. Children may only be transported by means of transport which comply with the technical requirements laid down in the Road Traffic Act (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251) and regulations related to passenger transport, the Road Transport Act of 6 September 2001 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025, item 1490). 8. The contractor of the service is obliged to conclude a civil liability and accident insurance contract in connection with the performance of the subject of the contract, i.e. civil liability insurance in connection with the conducted business activity and accident insurance for the vehicle used in the delivery service. 9. In the event of a failure of the means of transport (for any reason) during the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide a replacement means of trans-port no later than the time declared in the tender. 10. The Ordering Party reserves the right to introduce changes in the number of kilometers and hours of delivery and deportation. 11. The customer must be informed about the need to provide additional transport services. 12. The contractor must include in the price the cost of travel to the place where the service is provided.
