If the indicated distance is exceeded, the offer will be rejected. 4) The performance of the service includes the performance within one hotel complex: a) hotel services, b) restaurant services, c) rental of a conference room. 5) The Ordering Party reserves the right to proportional remuneration of the Contractor in the event of a change in the number of participants in the meeting, however, the reduction in the number of participants may not cover more than 20% of people, and the Ordering Party will inform about the possible change no later than 5 days before the start of the meeting. 2.
