Collection of sanitary wastewater into the existing sanitary sewer network. Drainage of rainwater to the plot's own area (may require a water permit). • Power connection to the Enea Operator network or equivalent. OpenBIM technology standard: • The design documentation shall be fully coordinated and created using openBIM digital building data modelling (BIM) technology. The class of geometry and information must precisely correspond to the established levels of the LOG / LOI and the Required Attributes Matrix contained in the OPZ. General requirements: • The contracting authority requires that the deadline for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract does not exceed 15 December 2026. The performance of the subject-matter of the contract is considered complete without obtaining a water law permit (if applicable) and a building permit. • All design and implementation solutions require full acceptance of the Ordering Party at every stage of the contract. • Parallel development and consultation with the Contracting Authority of the next steps in the calculation of the design energy performance and the technical design is required. • The design needs to take into account the impact of the solutions on the design energy performance of the facility. • All assumptions for the design, balance calculations, etc. should be made and approved by the Ordering Party in the first place, before issuing any part of the design documentation. • Due to its nature, the building requires the use of the best available procedures, technologies, solutions, etc., aimed at achieving the highest possible functional and aesthetic quality of the designed space and installation solutions and achieving the highest possible energy performance of the building to achieve a zero-emission standard of the facility (ZEB). All visible elements of construction and installation, e.g. in corridors, offices, etc. must be made to a high aesthetic standard and are absolutely subject to agreement (standard of finishing, texture, surface, shape, colors, etc.) with representatives of the Ordering Party. Detailed conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 11 to the ToR.
