… not allowed to establish securities of the lease agreement (e.g. a promissory note); 8) The leasing instalment should include all costs related to the implementation of the leasing contract, all associated costs necessary for the Contractor to incur for the performance of the contract, transport costs to the place of destination, training of employees, etc. 9) The Ordering Party shall insure the subject of the contract on its own, i.e. OC/AC/NW 10) leasing installments will be paid on a monthly basis starting from the next month following the receipt of the vehicle.
