In the case of mediation in the process of obtaining visas, the Contractor is obliged in particular to: a) provide the Ordering Party with full information on the conditions, time and costs of obtaining a visa and the documents necessary to obtain it; b) complete and receive the documentation necessary to obtain a visa in cooperation with the Ordering Party; c) timely submission to the appropriate diplomatic mission of a set of documents necessary to obtain a visa; d) provide visa passports with the received visa to the place and within the time specified by the Ordering Party; e) to pay on behalf of the Employer all fees in the diplomatic mission related to obtaining a visa, if the regulations of the diplomatic mission allow it; f) inform the Contracting Authority of the expected duration of the visa procedure.
