The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of a new cryogenic tank with an evaporator for the storage of liquid oxygen in a quantity of not less than 5 tons. Installation of the tank and connection to the existing discharging and electrical installation will take place in the place where the tank of similar dimensions and capacity previously operated. If any works, alterations, installation adjustments are required for installation on an existing foundation, they are within the scope of the order. Power supply available at 400V 32A installation site. … of at least 60 months e) Provide and install a mass flow regulator in the installation, with a range of up to 150 m3n/h (accuracy p. no more than +/- 1% of the range), P inlet = 6 bar, P outlet = 0 bar, Modbus RTU communication f) Install remote monitoring of the tank filling state and pressure. g) Perform the first liquid oxygen filling in agreement with the ordering party during the contract implementation period. Specifications of the tank: a) Tank capacity - not less than 5 Mg (tonnes) net O2. b) Tank type - cryogenic. c) Insulation - vacuum with perlite filling. d) Inner tank - stainless steel (eg. 304L/316L). (e) External tank - carbon steel protected by corrosion or stainless steel. (f) Equipment (first filling, safety, control - set) in accordance with the acceptance requirements of the Office of Technical Inspection and technical conditions for this type of facilities - protocol, certificates. (g) Construction of the tank in accordance with Directive EN 13458 or equivalent. A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall specify: drawings of the foundations and installations of the previous oxygen tank operating on this site, draft provisions of the public procurement contract.
