… training: from the date of signature of the contract until 12 December 2026 • Form of training: Full-time training, open to the public, includes theoretical and limited practical classes – first aid training, i.e. teaching classes implemented in the form of a theoretical lecture carried out using, in particular, the conversational lecture method, while in the part concerning the provision of first aid, a description with a demonstration, with the possibility of involving participants in classes to independently practice life-saving techniques. The duration of the training session (each time) up to 180 minutes, not less than 150 minutes. The subject of the contract will be carried out in Warsaw (Bielany District), provided by the Ordering Party. • Number of trainings: At least 27 full-time training sessions for up to 35 people each. • Duration of one training course: Up to 3 hours whole, i.e. lecture, with a show and limited practical exercises. • Target group: Min. 813 persons staying on the territory of the Republic of Poland. Methodological and didactic preparation • Thematic scope of the training: The thematic scope of the training includes thematic areas according to the list of: Mandatory: 1) alarm signals and warning messages; 2) individual preparation for evacuation and survival in conditions of long-term danger; 3) evacuation of people, animals and property and cooperation with civil protection entities; 4) first aid; 5) assistance activities; 6) personal protective equipment and places of refuge in situations of real danger. Optional: 1) responding to disinformation; 2) ensuring cybersecurity; 3) cooperation in the team; 4) increase their own resistance to threats. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall specify: • Draft provisions of the agreement, which will be introduced into its content – constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ; • Description of the subject of the contract - constituting Annex 7 to the FTZ.
