As part of the implementation of the task, it is necessary to: 1) provide a water packer in the amount of 1 pcs. meeting the following technical requirements, 2) connect the device to the made (according to the Supplier's guidelines) connections: water, sanitary sewerage, electricity 3) provide universally printed film in the amount corresponding to at least 1000 pcs. of 1 liter bags, 4) provide transport containers intended for packed water in the amount of 100 pcs. 5) start the device, 6) conduct staff training, 7) after installing and connecting, obtain a sanitary opinion on behalf of the Ordering Party regarding the positive verification of the delivered packager and foil. 4. The Contractor shall apply the principle of equality between men and women. The Contractor shall apply the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities. The implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities, means that the Contractor must comply with the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities during the performance of the task. In carrying out this task, the European Commission’s Guidelines for ensuring respect for the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union should be applied. The scope and manner of performance of the contract must be in accordance with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. 6. The Contractor shall comply with the conditions relating to the employment of persons under a contract of employment in the performance of the subject-matter of the contract, as specified in detail in the contract and in the detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract. 7. The Contracting Authority shall not specify the key parts of the contract to be performed by the Contractor. 8. The contracting authority reserves the right to consult a specialist on the products, materials or equipment offered. This opinion may be the basis for the Employer's decision to accept equivalent products, materials or equipment or to reject the tender due to lack of equivalence. 9. The description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annexes No 1 to the FTZ.
