… trade marks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterises the products or services provided by a particular Contractor, as well as standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, this means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject-matter of the contract in a sufficiently precise and comprehensible manner and , is presumed to be accompanied by the words ‘or equivalent’. All the above-mentioned indications have been cited in order to specify the parameters and technical, functional, functional and quality requirements of the subject of the contract. The Contractor, who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party, is obliged to demonstrate that the devices/products offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party at a level not lower than that indicated in the description of the subject of the contract. In such a case, the Contractor shall attach to the tender a list and a detailed description of the equivalent arrangements offered. Failure to indicate equivalent solutions in the offer will be treated as a declaration of the use of solutions listed in the FTZ and annexes to the FTZ. 4. The contracting authority informs that the contract is co-financed from subsidies from the state budget as part of the task entitled: ‘Ensuring the combat readiness of the fire protection unit integrated into the national rescue and firefighting system’, in accordance with contract No 04647/0919151/2026 and from the budget of the Municipality of Tyrawa Wołoska.
