Preparation of technical documentation for the investment titled: "Modernization of the sewage treatment plant in Mikosze in the municipality of Orzysz - stage II"

It is located on the plots of land: 308/1 in Orzysz, Orzysz district. Entry to the treatment plant takes place from the existing road on plots with registration numbers 312/1 and 309/6. Technical documentation of the basis of the accepted concept including, inter alia: • mechanical cleaning building • drainage point • grating • press-flush • pumps 2 pcs. • sandblaster sieve with sand scrubber • pumping station in the direction of the Mikosze sewage treatment plant • power generators • adaptation and renovation of existing buildings to accommodate equipment • collector • land development, including fencing, lighting, land hardening, land development  Mikosze- sludge management 18/1 in Mikosze, commune Orzysz, district Mikosze. Entry to the treatment plant takes place from the existing road on plots with registration number 19. Technical documentation drawn up on the basis of an accepted concept, including, inter alia: • Sludge stabilization • Aeration for sludge stabilization • Macerator • Pumps • Mixing reactor • Press • Polyelectrolyte preparation station • Liming station • Conveyor • Sludge storage shed • Control system • General overhaul of the technical and social building • Point for discharge of sewage and sand from the slurry vehicle • Site management including construction of communication routes and internal roads • Reconstruction of the overhead water collector • Modernization of drainage water pumping stations • Design of generators • Renovation of the TRAFO station The developed concept should include: - adopted technological solutions - proposed by the Contracting Authority are only preliminary and generally defined - specify the exact scope of works related to the pumping station in Orzysz and the treatment plant in Mikosze - take into account repairs, reconstructions, possible extensions of facilities for the location of equipment - take into account reconstructions of squares, communication routes, internal roads and: - land development project - 5 ext. - architectural and construction project - 5 ext. - technical/executive project - 5 ext. - technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works - 2 ext. - investor's estimate - 2 ext. - estimates of works for the purposes of the procedure carried out under the Public Procurement Law - 2 ext. - production of geotechnical documentation on the basis of tests carried out - the whole study in electronic form - PDF and DWG files - all arrangements necessary to obtain a building permit, including an environmental impact assessment of the project, to the extent required by applicable law and obtaining a building permit decision - exercising author's supervision
