… works related to the construction adaptation of boiler rooms and fuel composition, - installation of a pellet boiler, - installation of a chimney insert, - modernization of supply and exhaust ventilation in the boiler room - if required, - installation of a wall recuperator in the fuel composition, - installation of pipe installations and fittings, - overvoltage of existing installations in the boiler room, - execution of thermal insulation of pipelines and fittings, - execution of foundations for external units of heat pumps, - installation of air-air heat pumps, - execution of all electrical works, - execution of auxiliary construction works (punctures, mounting holes, installation passages through building partitions, filling holes and restoring and repairing parts of damaged elements during construction works), - carrying out start-up of the installation and checking the correct operation, - inspections, tests, start-up and adjustment of the installation, - other unspecified works necessary for the proper functioning of the entire installation. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Functional and Utility Program, which is Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.
