The scope of the contract includes: 1) Delivery of the above-mentioned, brand new equipment, i.e. equipment not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to carry out the test of correct operation, coming from the official distribution channels of the manufacturer, ensuring, in particular, the implementation of the warranty rights of equipment and equipment in the scope specified in Annex 1 – Detailed Description of the subject of the Order to SWZ together with their transport, submission and assembly and setting up at the place indicated by the Ordering Party, 2) delivery together with the order required to operate the instructions in Polish, 3) provision of technical and functional documentation related to the subject of the contract, 4) delivery together with the order of warranty documents issued by the manufacturer, 5) cleaning of the premises after assembly and installation and installation of equipment (the subject of the order). Proper preparation of the tender requires the Contractor to familiarize himself with the actual conditions of performance of the contract, in particular with the existing technical infrastructure, electrical installations, conditions for access, unloading and laying of equipment, possible cable routes, the place of execution of connection points, RZR/SZR systems, earthing, fencing and restrictions resulting from the current operation of the facilities. - The vision will take place on 30.09.2026 from 10:00 to 14:00 on the premises of the District Office in Kozienice, located at ul. Kochanowskiego 28 w Kozienice, 26 – 900 Kozienice, - In order to carry out the on-site visit, the Contractor must notify the Contracting Authority of his intention to participate in the on-site visit by e-mail (e-mail: [email protected]), no later than 1 working day before the proposed date of its completion, indicating the time of its completion, - From the completion of the on-site visit, the Employer will draw up a confirmation or attendance list, containing at least the name of the Contractor, the name and surname of the person participating in the on-site visit, the date of its completion and the signature of the representative of the Contractor and the representative of the Employer. In the case of contractors jointly applying for a contract, it shall be sufficient that one of the contractors jointly applying for the contract or their representative carries out an on-the-spot verification.
