Construction of a transit water supply network in Wałowice and replacement of the network in Dzikowo, Gubin municipality

… replaced with a minimum length of 420m along with approx. 11 connections equipped with radio reading of water meters located in the water meter well located in front of each property, equipped with shut-off fittings and the necessary equipment for communities in front of each building, it is assumed that one main water meter with a larger diameter DN50 will be installed; 4) after the completed reconstruction of the network, the existing depleted Water Treatment Station in Dzików will be excluded (in a separate procedure not covered by the subject of the contract); 5) the estimated length of the distribution water supply network in Dzikowo will be at least 420m after modernization and reconstruction, and the transit transmission network from Wałowice to Dzikowo will be 4120m – the total length of newly built water supply networks on the basis of the network design documentation prepared by the Contractor will be 4540m; 6) it is assumed to build a water supply network in butt-welding technology or electro-resistance connection in excavation or trenchless technology from PEHD DN 160-300, PE100 SDR11 pipes between the villages of Wałowice and Dzikowo gm. Gubin together with a distribution network equipped with the necessary network fittings and equipment, including valves, hydrants. 2. Execution of the documentation includes: 1) preparation of design documentation (covering the entire material scope described below) containing technical design of the sanitary industry (executive by industry - if required) to the extent necessary to obtain a project by the Contractor on behalf of the Contracting Authority building permit; 2) the contractor of the complete design documentation and obtains all required mate-rials, i.e.: detailed maps of design objectives, studies, expert opinions, certificates resulting from the design documentation (works carried out) of regulations and standards and will draw up: the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works; (b)predictions and detailed estimates; c) preparing an analysis of the potential of the project - a feasibility study in accordance with the guidelines provided - the study should be accompanied by a calculation annex in electronic form (spreadsheet). 3) complete design documentation will include, among others: a) technical project - 3 ext., b) preparation of works - 2 ext., c) investor's estimate - 2 ext., d) land development project - 3 ext., e) detailed technical specification of execution and acceptance of works - 1 ext., f) elaboration of the analysis of the potential of the project - feasibility study - according to Instructions for drawing up a Feasibility Study for investment projects applying for EFF support under FEWL 21-27, valid at the date of drawing up the study under priority 8 (for a project with a total eligible cost of less than PLN 50 million), issued by the ‘Managing Authority for the European Funds for Lubuskie Programme 2021-2027’ – 2 copies 3. The documentation contractor will conduct a detailed analysis of the topographical sculpture of the site and verify the altitude isolates of the area of the planned construction of the planned wo-supply network, in particular taking into account the need to maintain the required water pressure for, inter alia, fire protection purposes.
