The contractor will obtain all the outputs, as well as the arrangements, opinions and administrative decisions necessary for the design, construction, commissioning and handover of the domestic waste water treatment plants for start-up and operation. Design documentation should be made in accordance with the applicable regulations and with the requirements presented in the PFU. The PFU contains situational maps indicating the location of the sewage treatment plant agreed with the property owners. If it is not possible to construct a sewage treatment plant due to the results of geological surveys or other obstacles, the Contractor will prepare an appropriate statement about the situation along with obtaining confirmation of providing information to the owner of the property, while the Contracting Authority will provide a substitute location. Negative verification of the property in terms of the possibility of installing a backyard sewage treatment plant at a given stage may not entail costs for the Ordering Party. The cost estimate(s) that the contractor is required to draw up and which will be annexed to the works contract must state the value of the works broken down by property included in the list. The scope of task 2 includes the construction of 1 sewage treatment plant at the Primary School in Tuszów on the basis of the project documentation held by the Contracting Authority, a valid building permit and a valid water law permit. The project documentation, together with the bill of quantities, is attached as Annex 1 to the FTZ. It should be noted that the scales attached to the FTZ are only in the alternative and cannot constitute the sole basis for the evaluation of the tender, which means that, when performing the contract, the Contractor may not rely on deficiencies (quantitative, generic) in the scales of the works and, on that basis, demand additional payment for the works necessary for the performance of which the scales of the works did not provide for. The Contractor’s tender should include all works necessary for the proper performance of the subject-matter of the contract to ensure its proper and effective functioning. In the event of discrepancies between the various elements of the project documentation, the Contractor is obliged to ask the Contracting Authority to clarify them before submitting a tender. The contracting authority expects all the works necessary for the proper performance of the contract to be carried out as remuneration for the performance of the contract, in particular if any of the tender documents provides for such works or their performance results from the adopted technology or is necessary for the proper performance of the contract for other reasons.
