… that the product is authorised for use in the equipment owned by the Ordering Party. The above-mentioned individualised documents for the product concerned will be attached, as evidence in question, to the basic tender form – Annex 2 to the FTZ. 3. The detailed scope of the contract is presented in the assortment table in point. V.3 SWZ 4. The products presented by the Contractor must correspond to the description provided by the Ordering Party. In addition, it is absolutely necessary to adapt to the weight given by the Ordering Party (if applicable). Providing the above amounts that do not fall within the limits set by the Ordering Party (with a tolerance of +20%) will result in the rejection of the offer as not corresponding to the content of the SWZ.
