… necessary for the functioning of PSZOK, including: - Biologically active surface management – low and high insulating greenery; - Execution of pavement paved throughout the area, divided into asphalt and concrete pavement; - Execution of a transhipment ramp for cars; - Making a car scale; - Creation of parking spaces for cars; - Construction of a garage for cars; - Delivery of a container with a social and office part and equipment for the needs of the concierge; - Delivery of the container and equipment for the exchange point of second-hand goods; - Construction of shed No. 1 with boxes open to waste; - Construction of shed No. 2 with boxes closed for waste and placement of containers and waste containers under it; - Installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof of shed No. 2; - Equipping containers with a RES-based heating and cooling system – heat pump, coil units; - Installation of PSZOK square lighting; - Fencing of the PSZOK area with entrance gates; - Execution of water supply and electricity connection as well as external installations: water supply, sanitary sewerage, rainwater sewerage, electricity, video, telecommunications and alarm monitoring; and execution of all necessary studies for the implementation of the investment necessary to obtain a building permit decision, e.g.: preparation of geotechnical documentation of the foundation of buildings, execution of design works (construction and technical design with a simplified cost estimate) and obtaining all necessary opinions, permits, arrangements and decisions, provided for by law, including decisions necessary for the execution of construction works. All costs in this respect shall be borne by the Contractor. Before submitting documents for the application for a building permit/notification of works not requiring a building permit, the Contractor shall submit the project documentation to the Contracting Authority for approval. Within 7 working days from the date of signing the contract, the Ordering Party shall provide the Contractor with: - a power of attorney for the Contractor to act on behalf of the Contracting Authority when dealing with all formal and legal matters related to the development of the project documentation constituting the above-mentioned subject of the contract, - a map for project purposes. 2.2 Execution of all construction works and other activities in accordance with the purpose of the investment, the description of the subject of the contract contained in the FTZ and the Functional and Utility Programme, as well as in the design documentation prepared by the Contractor, necessary for the full implementation and reception of the investment. Execution of the subject of the contract in accordance with applicable regulations, state and industry standards and technical conditions for the execution and acceptance of works.
