The part of the building used by the TSO shall remain outside the essential scope of the contract, with the exception of interlinked works and installations as indicated in the design documentation. 4. The contract must be carried out in accordance with the project documentation constituting Annex 1 to the FTZ, in particular: • Land development design, • Architectural and construction design, • Technical design with industry studies, including construction, sanitary, electrical and telecommunication, • opinions, arrangements, decisions and requirements resulting from documentation. 5. In the event of discrepancies between the documents, the Contractor is obliged to notify them to the Contracting Authority before performing the works covered by the discrepancy. Without a written decision of the Ordering Party, the Contractor should not independently adopt a solution affecting the scope, cost or technical parameters. 6. Detailed technical solutions should be adopted in accordance with the technical documentation and relevant industry studies. 7. The building is a public facility, category IX, with two above-ground floors and no basement. 8. Basic parameters: cubic capacity 4 920,20 m³; built-up area 679,00 m²; a total area of 1 018.90 m²; a usable area of 669.85 m²; height 11.85 m; length 21.38 m; width 36.90 m. 9. The facility includes i.a. Cultural Centre, library, hall/auditorium, exhibition and workshop rooms, administrative, social, sanitary and technical rooms. 10. Preparatory and organizational work • taking over and securing the construction site and designating hazardous zones; • organisation of construction facilities, transport routes and storage sites in such a way as not to interfere with the functioning of the Voluntary Fire Brigade unit in Piotrków • securing the existing facility and non-demolition elements; • making the necessary measurements, working and surveying inventories; • coordination of works with the user of the facility and the Ordering Party to the extent required for the safe conduct of works. 11. Demolition works, construction works, superstructure and roof, facades and thermal insulation, joinery and metalwork, finishing works, mobile and acoustic walls, lift, external stairs and slipway, land use, sanitary installations, water connection, gas boiler repair, electrical installations, ICT installation, photovoltaic installation, fire protection, availability, ventilation and air conditioning, C.O. and technological heat, sewerage and water installations, stage technology should be performed in accordance with the technical documentation. 12. Materials and equipment requirements • Materials and equipment must be brand new, complete and approved for use in accordance with applicable legislation; • For components requiring fire resistance classes, supporting documents for the required classification and system solution shall be provided; • equipment to be collected by the competent authorities must be reported and prepared for collection; • The contractor is responsible for the compatibility of the supplied elements
